ABOUT THIS ITEM
Moths to a Flame turned your calls for urgent action on the Climate Emergency into a magnificent mass-participation art installation at COP26, Glasgow 2021.
This project spanned globally and the subsequent art installation engaged thousands in creative conversation around the climate emergency and the resulting artwork was taken up to Glasgow for COP26.
One additional element of the project was loaning battery powered moth traps to schools so that youngsters could see real live moths and learn about them! Now that the project is winding down, however, many schools are still wanting to borrow these kits but it is becoming more difficult for the original project coordinators to arrange this. So they have very kindly gifted us a moth trap for our inventory so that people can borrow it from us!

- 1 x copy of 'The Moth's Whisper' illustrated story book
- 1 x stainless steel box + lid

- 1 x light unit (bulb with white fins, in box marked 'fragile')

- 1 x rain shield (clear plastic circle with brass legs)
- 1 x battery in black box (capacity to run for two nights)

- 1 x large white fabric square
- 1 x small white fabric square
- 10 x moth collection pots (clear cylinders with red lids)
